How we look after your personal information

When you contact us through the quote form, by phone, by email or on WhatsApp, we collect the details you give us. That's usually your name, phone number, email address, postcode and address, and information about your roof or the work you need. We may also take photos of your property while we're working on it.

We only use your information for these reasons. We never sell it, and we don't send marketing unless you've asked us to. We'll only use photos of your property on our website or social media with your permission.

If you make an enquiry but don't go ahead, we delete your details after 12 months. If we carry out work for you, we keep your details for as long as your guarantee lasts, and for at least 6 years for tax purposes.
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it or delete it. Just email or call us using the details above. We'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
